- 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking
- Full payment must be made 5 days prior to the event
- 50% cancellation fee applies within 14 days of the event
- 100% cancellation fee applies within 7 days of the event
Event hosts responsibility:
- Catering
- Ensure no alcohol or meat products (includes seafood)
- Any additional incidentals (including cups, plates, cutlery, napkins etc)
- 
Restoring the space to its original configuration at the completion of event
- Collecting rubbish in the bins provided
